The process specialist will work on the the development, description and implemention of processes, procedures and workinstructions of the password vault. The main focus will be on the practical realisation of the business continuity management and service delivery aspects relating to the password vault. When applicable he/she will be asked to do other information security consultant related tasks.
General knowledge/experience:
1. Proven experience with design, description and implementation of processes, procedures and workinstructions
2. Proven experience with the practical side of business continuity management (disaster recovery, fail over and fall back etc)
3. Proven experience with the practical side of service level management.
4. Consultancy skills
5. Knowledge of customer's related infrastructure like ITIM and the RBAC model
6. Experience with the CyberArk suite will be a pre.
Technical knowledge/experience:
1 Proven experience preferable certification in the field of process methods like ITIL / Cobit / ASL / BiSL (must have)
2 Proven experience preferable certification in the field information security (CISM / CISSP / RE) (Nice to have)
3 Functioning on HBO or higher level.
1. Experience with the design of management & control processes and procedures and work instructions (AO).
2. Experience with IT system configurations and architectures and their business continuity aspects.
3. Experience with ITIL and service level management.
4. Knowledge of Code van Informatie Beveiliging, NEN ISO 27002, COBIT, etc.
5. Knowledge van workflow management (LeanSixSigma).

Description:
The passwords of interactive used (person user) Non Personal Accounts (NPA) of in scope platforms must be managed securely. This will be done with the aid of the password vault solution using the CyberArk products The password vault solution will allow ING to control who has access to the use of the NPA’s at any point in times in an automated manner.

Description tasks employee:
The information & security consultant will analyse current processes and procedures and create future procedures using the PW vault. This will include procedures and workinstruction for: emergency procedures, change procedures, MCR procedures, BCM processes and processes, PW vault monitoring procedures etc. The processes and procedures must be developed based on requirements defined in mutuals agreement with ING design authorities and stakeholders. The employee will actively spearhead initiatives across multiple functional departments to gain acceptance of the PW vault solution, identify possible bottle necks and solve them, make agreements and influence department, train the PW vault users & maintenance, etc.
