The objective of this project is the alignment with GDPR (2017-2018)

Phase I

•data inventory;
•review processing operations;
•review of all data flows;
•review where all our data is stored;
•review all the retention periods;
•review all the data transfers and access

Phase II

•fix and adapt processing operations based on the Phase I findings;
•align all our policies (HR, WEB, Privacy Policies, Consent form, etc);
•adapt all our data transfer mechanisms;
•align with GDPR: legal basis, access rights, retention periods, data breach mechanism, etc.

Key Responsibilities

•Adapt and implement a full project management plan;
•Organize and lead periodic review and steering committee meetings;
•Drive the project with a virtual team ensuring the policy implementation;
•Draft Standard Operating Procedures;
•Effectively manage the project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved;
•Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion;

Broad GDPR Knowledge and Experience preferrable in a intyernational Environment
